Pulse Flow Nourish is a mindful approach to movement designed to help you build strength, move with purpose, and feel balanced in your body. Through barre, yoga, and Pilates, I guide clients toward sustainable strength, improved mobility, and whole-body wellness. My goal is for you to leave every class feeling energized, confident and restored.

Class Offerings
At Pulse Flow Nourish, movement is designed to strengthen, support, and restore your body. Each class style offers a different benefit, creating a balanced approach to wellness.

Barre
Barre is a dynamic, low-impact workout that blends elements of strength training and ballet-inspired movement. Small, controlled pulses and high repetitions challenge the muscles while building endurance and tone.
Classes target the legs, glutes, arms, and core for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

Yoga
Yoga connects breath with movement to build flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the nervous system. Classes may include flowing sequences, mindful stretches, and grounding moments that help restore both body and mind.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening the body from the inside out. Through slow, controlled movements and breath, this practice activates the deep core muscles that support posture, balance, and stability.
Expect precise, intentional exercises that strengthen the abdominals, hips, back, and glutes while improving alignment and body awareness.

Where to Find Me
You can currently find me teaching weekly barre, yoga and mat Pilates classes at Revolution Community Yoga + Fitness in Acton, MA. These classes are open to all levels and focus on intentional movement, strength, and feeling good in your body.
